- Mattar pao
- Boil white beans
- 1 Small cauliflower
- 2 bringle
- 4 potato
- 4 tomato
- 100 gms seem ki phalli
- 100 gms lauki
- 1/2 cup oil
- Dhokrey ka bighaar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt as ur taste
- 500 gms yogurt
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp sufaid zeera
- 4 sabit kali mirch
- 2 inch ka daar cheeni ka tukra
- 2 stick curry pattey
- 4 bari hari mirch
Instructions to make to make Dhokrey
- Sb sey phley veggies kaat kar side par rakh lain..
- Fish ke taman ingredients fish mey add kar ke fish fry kar ke side par rakh dain
- Oil garam karain ab humney salan banana hai ghosht ka oil mey pyaz fry kar ke ghosht or taman cheexain daal kar itna paani daalain ke ghosht gal jaye... isko bhoon lain or side par rakhey abhi.. aplog aisa b krsakhtey ke phley sey bacha hoa salan daal dain dhokrey mey...baaz log ghosht add b nahi krtey is mey.
- Bajrey ka aata leya or is ke tamam ajzah is mey add kar ke ghondh leya or kabab shape mey bana leya
- Oil garam karain tomatoes or sb veggies add kar ke masala bhoon lain mattar is mey add nahi krney..sabzi tyar hai
