- 1 kg King Fish pieces
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- 2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder

- 3-4 finely chopped Onions
- 3-4 Green Chillies slit
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 Sprigs Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Fish Masala
- 3 tbsp Oil
Instructions to make to make Machli Ka Meetha Saalan
- Wash and rub Salt and the spices into the fish pieces really well. Keep aside until use. In a pan, heat Oil and add Currry Leaves. Fry Ginger garlic paste next and add the chopped Onions. Saute until translucent. Cook on a low heat with a lid on.
- This Curry already has marinated Fish in it, so use of spices should be done accordingly. Please remember this important thing and proceed with the making of it as per one's choice and liking of spices mentioned above. You can increase or decrease accordingly.
