  1. Add 1/2tsp turmeric powder and salt, marinate for 10 min. Then fry this fish in mustard oil.
  2. In the same add oil,black cumin seeds, chopped tomatoes and chopped onion,fry for few minutes, then add 1/2tsp ginger and green chilli paste,salt, turmeric powder.
  3. Add 1tbsp mustard seeds paste, 2tbsp poppy seeds, mixed the masala, cooked for few minutes. Then add 1cup water, fried fish mixed it well and cooked for 5-7mins.
  4. Atlast add 1 whole green chilli,1tbsp mustard oil. Close the lid.Then served with rice.
