Steps to make to make Fish_fry

  1. Combine marinade ingredients (red chilli powder, crushed pomegranate seeds, all spice powder, carom powder and salt).
  2. Then apply this mixture on fish pieces and leave for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Mix all ingredients of batter (gram flour, garlic paste, red chilli powder, baking powder, green chilli and dry fenugreek).
  4. Apply this batter on fish pieces.
  5. Prepare paste with these ingredients (rice flour, egg, turmeric powder and salt). Then roll fish pieces in this paste.
  6. Heat oil in skillet and fry fish pieces until cooked and golden.
  7. Serve with french friese and ketchup
