  3. 50 gms onion paste
  4. 20 gms ginger garlic paste
  5. 30 gms tomatoes puree
  6. 1 bay leaf
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch
  9. 1 tsp coriander powder
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  11. to taste Salt
  12. Whole Garam Masala
  13. 1 coriander
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. Sugar

Instructions to make to make Fish Curry

  1. Marinate the fish with little bit of turmeric powder and salt
  2. Now deepfry the fish and keep it aside
  3. Take a kadai and put mustard oil and put bay leaf and whole Garam Masala and saute it
  4. Then put onion paste and cook them.
  5. Then add ginger garlic powder and cook them.
  6. Now put tomato puree and some sugar.
  7. Stir for some time and make a spices mixture of coriander powder red chilli powder Garam Masala powder turmeric powder and mix it in a bowl with some water and put it in the kadai
  8. Then add salt and let it simmer for some time.
  9. Add fish on it and gently mix it.
  10. And garnish with corrinder and steam rice and serve hot.
