  4. Add locust beans (iru).
  5. Add Pepper.
  6. Add tomatoes.
  7. Add ginger and garlic.
  8. Add cow skin (pomo).
  9. Add stock cubes.
  10. Leave to cook for 5 minutes.
  11. Add parboiled rice into sauce.
  12. Stir well.
  13. Add some water that will cook the rice.
  14. Add smoked fish.
  15. Cover pot. Allow to cook for 3-5 minutes.
  16. Add pumpkin leaves.
  17. Stir well and cover pot. Allow to steam.
  18. Food is ready. Enjoy with your choice drink.
