- 7-8 potatoes cut in cubes
- Brinjal 4-5 cut in to pieces
- 1 bunch Spanish
- 100 gm Peas
- 100 gm Green beans
- 100 gm White chickpeas
- 100 gm Cluster beans
- Salt as per taste
- 4 Tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 5-6 tbsp Yogurt
- Small Green chilies 40 or as per taste
- 1 1/2 cup Oil
- For Dhokra :
- In blender yogurt and green chilies blend it weel
Steps to make to make Memoni Dhokra
- After 2 hours heat oil and shallow fry fish for both side.
- In A pan heat oil then add tomatoes and all spices when tomatoes turn soft add all vegetables and chickpeas and cook for 10 to 15 minutes after 15 minutes add 2 cup of water when water boils add shaped Dhokra to cook after 30 to 35 minutes check when Dhokra softens turn off the flame and serve it with fried fish
- For Dhokra : In blender yogurt and green chillies blend it well. Then take Aata in bowl add salt as per taste and cumin seeds 1tsp blend it, knead it well and shape them
