  1. Slice ugu and green leaves. Wash neatly and set aside.
  2. Slice tomatoes, onions and grate both pepper
  3. Place your pot on fire and pour little quantity of vegetable oil into the pot. Add onions, sliced tomatoes and grated pepper and fry for about 7mins.
  4. Add salt, seasoning and fish, allow to fry very well.
  5. Pour your vegetables, add spring onions, stir and put off the fire immediately
  6. Cover it to steam for few minutes and we are done. It can be served with boiled yam, white rice and you can also dish and eat it like that. Bon appétite
