Steps to make to make Fish Biriyani(King Fish)
- Cook rice with followed items for 5-10 mins
- Drain it an keep it aside
- Marinate King fish
- Masala (1 tsp fennel seed, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 small ginger 1 garlic, 1 gree n chilli, salt 1 tsp redchilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric pwdr. Grind these things well. Add some water and make it as a paste. And marinte fish with this masala)
- Keep it aside for 15 mins
- Heat frypan add oil for frying
- Add some curry leaves and fish
- Half fry fish and keep it aside.
- Add onion, small onion tomato,gingergarlic paste, one by one and saute it until brown.
- Add coriader leaves
- Add 1 tsp yogurt or lemon juce and salt
- Add chilli powder 1/2 tsp, fennel powder 1 spoon,garam masala 3/4 spn, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp and mix it well. Add fried fish. Keep it for 5 mins in sim fire
- Add some ghee in a 🍲. Add half of the cooked rice alsp add 2 drops of pinapple essence amd coriander leaves annd add the above fish gravy. Again add the remaining cooked rice.
- Springle some garam masalaa
- Garnish with fried onion and corianderleaves
- Dum for 10 mins
