- 2 tbsp cashewnut melon seed paste
- 1/2 cup liquid milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 cup mustard oil
- 1 tsp ghee
- 2 tsp chopped green chillies

Steps to make to make Shahi Fish Korma
- Clean and rinse the fish pieces.Marinate the fish pieces with salt,ginger and garlic paste and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Soak cashew nuts and melon seeds in lukewarm water for 10 minutes.
- Grind together into a smooth paste using water as required and set aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai,and fry the marinated fish pieces until they turn golden brown.
- Remove from heat and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a another kadai,add onion paste in it and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add ginger and garlic paste in it and mix well.
- Add cumin powder, green chilli paste and salt in it and mix well.
- Now add yogurt and sugar.Give a nice stir.
- Add in the cashewnut melon seed paste and mix.
- Simmer for about 2-3 minutes or till the masala starts leaving oil.
- Now pour liquid milk into the gravy and bring it to a boil.
- Now add in the fried fish and stir gently.
- Flip over the fillets after 2 minutes to cook the other side.
- Cover and cook over medium heat.
- Remove cover once the gravy starts boiling after 4-5 minutes.
- Add garam masala powder, ghee and keep over low heat.
- Turn off the flame once the gravy thickens.
- Sprinkle chopped green chillies on the top.
- Serve hot.
