  5. 1 tsp Cumin powder

  7. 1 tsp Garlic finely chopped
  8. 1 tsp Chilli powder
  9. Salt and sugar as per taste
  10. leaves Coriander
  11. 2 Tomatoes

Instructions to make to make Kajori fish curry

  1. Heat pan. Add refine oil.
  2. Fry the fishes.
  3. Now in oil add green chilli and kalonji.
  4. Then add finely chopped garlic and tomato cubes.
  5. Then add turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder. Fry the ingredients.
  6. When oil comes out from the preparation add hot water and get it boiled.
  7. After that add salt and sugar as per taste.
  8. Cover with a lid.
  9. When the water gets boiled add coriander leaves.
  10. Now kajori fish is ready to serve.
